Naval Troops make another arms recovery

Intelligence Team attached to SLNS Thammanna on information received recovered a cache of warlike materials from the general area of Thullikuduiruppu in Mannar on 01st December 2009 around 2345hrs. The recovered items include one T-56 weapon, four hand grenades, six T-85 dragon sniper magazines, one T-56 magazine, 405 rounds of 7.62x34mm ammunition, 58 rounds of 7.62x54mm ammunition, one sling and five cyanide capsules.
