Claymore Mine with  Improvised Power Device recovered

Naval troops on a search operation recovered a claymore mine along with an improvised power device hidden in a scrub jungle in the Alawamanam Area in the Delft Island on 07th February 2010 around 1020 hrs.

The recovered claymore mine weighed five (05) kilograms and was found packed in a travelling bag along with the improvised power device.
