A Haul of Ammunitions and Electric Detonators unearthed

A Naval Intelligence Team attached to the Eastern Naval Command unearthed a haul of ammunitions and electric detonators hidden in the General Area Verugal on 02nd March 2010 around 1430 hrs.

The recovered items were found securely wrapped in polythene and buried 02 and 1/2 feet underground in a 500-liter plastic barrel. The full list of the recovered items is as follows;

1.	7.62 x 39 mm Ammunitions	1800 nos.
2.	7.62 x 54 mm Ammunitions	420 nos.
3.	Electric Detonators	370 nos.
4.	RPG 40 mm Grenade	01 no.
5.	RPG 40 mm Grenade expelling charges	04 nos.
6.	Detonator wire	approx 25 feet
7.	Antenna wire rolls	02 nos.
8.	CDMA phone antenna	01 no.
9.	Gun oil -06 liter cans	14 nos.
10.	Engine oil - 20 liter cans	02 nos.
