81 mm Mortar Bombs recovered
Naval troops attached to SLNS Elara on information received from civilians recovered two (02) 81 mm High Explosive mortar bombs from an abandoned well located close to Walanthalai Junction in Karainagar 06th March 2010.

The bombs, found wrapped with detonator cords, were later defused by Naval Bomb Disposal personnel.
