Indian Defence Advisor calls on Commander of the Navy

The new Defence Adviser to the Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka Captain Sumeet Kapoor called on Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Thisara Samarasinghe on 19th August 2010 at the Naval Headquarters Colombo.

They exchanged mementos as a gesture of goodwill to mark the occasion.
