Navy arrests Drug Peddler with Cannabis & Heroin

Naval troops attached to SLNS Gajaba of the North-central Naval Command on information received arrested a person with 10 kilo grams of cannabis and 940 grams of heroin in the General Area Thavulpadu on 23rd April 2012. The arrested person, a 29-year-old youth residing in Pesalai, was handed over to Police Narcotics Bureau with the apprehended items for further investigations.
