SLNS Mahaveli renovates Sri Bodhirajarama Dageba in view of Vesak

On completion of renovation, the Dageba was ceremonially handed over for the recommencement of religious activities on 04th May 2012. The meritorious act, which was highly appreciated by the Chief Incumbent of the temple and devotees, was carried out with the financial and manual contribution rendered by the naval personnel.
Naval personnel of SLNS Mahaveli of the Eastern Naval Command carried out the colour washing of the Dageba at Sri Bodhirajarama Temple in China Bay in view of the Vesak celebrations.
