Global Action donates Medical Equipment to Sri Lanka Navy
 

Non Governmental Organization “Global Action” donated a consignment of medical equipment to the Sri Lanka Navy on 17th July 2012. Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy Vice Admiral Somathilake Dissanayake received the donated medical items from National Director of Global Action, Mr. Lal Withanage at a function held in the Auditorium of SLNS Parakrama. Director General Health Services Surgeon Rear Admiral NELW Jayasekera, senior naval officers and representatives of Global Action were also present on the occasion.

The donated medical equipment included 02 ultra sound scan machines, 02 defibrillator machines, 04 anesthesia machines, 02 incubators, 06 hospital beds, 06 over-bed tables and 30 wheel chairs.
