07 Bags of Conch Shells recovered

Naval personnel of the Rapid Action Boat Squadron (RABS) attached to the North-western Naval Command on information received recovered 645 conch shells packed in gunny bags and dumped in the sea between Uchchamunai and Periya-arachchi Island on 26^th July 2012. The recovered items were handed over to Assistant Fisheries Director (Puttlam) for onward action.
