Vision
To be the guiding force for the
welfare and social well being of the Ex Naval personnel.
Mission
We will endeavour to be the
catalyst in elevating the social and economic well being and promote
camaraderie among all of our fellow brethren of our organization while acting
as the icon for safe guarding their interest and rightful place in society.
Objectives
To foster a spirit of comradeship and Spirit-de-Corps among
all Naval personnel who have served in the Royal Ceylon Navy and Sri Lanka Navy
either as Regulars or Volunteers.
To promote the welfare of members.
To encourage and recognize the formation of Regional or Branch Associations and the appointment of Coordinators who are best able to generate greater interest and gather support to uplift the organizational activities further and disseminate news of the activities of the SLNA in their respective regions.
To make such representations as necessary to the state, Sri Lanka Navy (SLN), Sri Lanka Ex Service's Association (SLESA) and other Organizations, to safe guard and promote the interest of the members.
To assist members to find employment whatever and whenever possible.
To create and maintain a Benevolent Fund.
To grant financial and other assistance within the available resources, to members and their immediate dependents, who in the opinion of the General Committee, are in need of such assistance.

Servicemen’s Association, No 29/1, Bristol
Street, Colombo 01
with the participation of 200 Members.
