The innocent civilians who escaped the terror reign in Kilinochi on 25th
March and seeking refuge were rescued by the Navy off Delft Island, have now
revealed the stark naked truth prevailing in the un-liberated areas controlled
by the terror outfit- LTTE.
The startling revelation they make bears testimony to the effect how
innocent people are being incarcerated. They claimed that if the Muhamalai road
is opened and passes are issued, not a single person would remain in Kilinochchi.
They further say that for the each journey they make they have to pay taxes and
take some letters issued by LTTE cadres.
