Benefits of Positive Attitude Future organizations belong to those who can understand and take
steps to develop the right attitudes of the members in the organization. We
know that all our organizations are managed by and consisted of humans. When
humans are involved in producing any goods or services, the quality of the same
depends upon human mind, mindset or state of mind. It is known as attitude.
Attitude development needs and the behaviours of the human beings are to be
understood if it to produce the desirable results. Through attitude development
a healthy mindset could be produced within an organization.
Furthermore, attitude development will help leaders to improve their
quality of thoughts and behaviours. It will bring about a positive change in
people. Then, there will be a question about how to develop the attitude. Attitude
has a lot of bearing on the value system. If someone or any organization does
not believe the value system as a prerequisite to develop attitude, such a person
or an organization cannot produce the right attitude, resulting failure to achieve
what they have decided to achieve.
It is, in fact, necessary to have an action plan to promote the set values.
However, some may argue that values cannot be taught because sources from
where values are formed are either in the environment or their upbringing.

concern. Therefore, work itself can sometimes be physically demanding. A
positive person makes the work place more efficient than others by making
the work more satisfying and enjoyable for its members.

among others it will result in enhancing team spirit that place. A positive
