Defenders of the oceans domain

The enemy boats were spotted at sea
Fast attack craft P-458 began to gallantly engage
It was a violent battle that would alter destiny

As bursts of gunfire flashed with rage

The suicide boats unleashed deadly rounds of fire
The lone Navy boat closed in for the kill
Its valliant crew for victory did aspire

They rammed the enemy with an iron will

The boats exploded, the water sprayed
Our naval comrades fought courageously at sea
Their altruism and sacrifice can’t ever be repaid
Today we enjoy peace from that hard won victory

Whenever we hear the call of duty
Our guns will fire and boat engines roar
We are ready to fight for our motherlands victory

Above the rolling waves we will soar

The nations honours your magnificent sacrifice
Our departed comrades we salute you with pride

Your young blood bravely paid the price
You will always march solemnly on our side

(In remembrance of all the officers and sailors of the 4th Fast
Attack Squadron of the Sri Lanka Navy who died in actions, those
missing in action and those injured in action. In honour of their

beloved families who forever will mourns their loss.)
